Jill Goodrich is President & CEO of the Women’s Chamber of Commerce, a member-driven nonprofit promoting the advancement of women in business, entrepreneurship and leadership throughout Metro Atlanta. She is a seasoned serial and social entrepreneur, owner of Xukor and Founder of the Women’s Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
In 1997, Jill relocated to Atlanta for a Financial Analyst position at MCI, followed by various analyst roles in Fintech, Banking and Data industries. By 2002, after feeling demoralized and undervalued by Corporate America, she took her entrepreneurial spirit and a leap of faith to acquire Xukor, the world’s first privately-held employment screening company. She has managed clients from local small businesses, government agencies, nonprofits and startups to Fortune 500 corporations. Additionally, Jill is a real estate investor and property manager with extensive background in legal, contracts, negotiations and compliance.
In 2016, Jill spearheaded the reorganization and re-launch of the Women’s Chamber of Commerce of Atlanta. Additionally, Jill founded the Women’s Chamber of Commerce Foundation in 2017 to give back to the community by providing educational tools and resources, including scholarships, to local women and girls with a focus on underserved communities.
Jill is a graduate of Michigan State University with a B.A. in Finance & Insurance, and she holds dual nationality (American and Dutch). Jill is a Board Director for HireLiving, a nonprofit staffing organization helping to train disadvantaged women and prepare them for the workforce.
